These terms apply to rizelists.com, its venue booking sub-sites, and the Rize Lists iPhone app, all operated by Rize Group FZ-LLE of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using them you accept these terms.
The two things that matter most. A request you send us is a request, not a confirmed table — it is confirmed when we tell you it is. And with a small number of exceptions we do not own or run the venues listed here; we arrange your booking with them.
Rize Lists programmes its own dedicated event nights. Dubai Table is our aggregator for relevant events across Dubai. Both are operated by Rize Group FZ-LLE and coordinate booking requests with venue teams.
We are not the operator of most of the venues listed. Rize Group programmes the signature nights at a small number of them — those are marked as a Rize night where they appear — and everywhere else we act as an intermediary between you and the venue. The venue sets its own prices, minimum spends, opening hours, dress code, age policy and admission decisions, and it remains responsible for your experience there.
Submitting an itinerary, sending a WhatsApp message, or completing a form does not reserve anything. It reaches our desk, we take it to the venue, and we come back to you. A booking exists only once we confirm it to you.
Where a page collects our platform service fee, paying it starts booking coordination on the terms shown on that page. It does not by itself guarantee a table on a given night unless we have confirmed one.
We take reasonable care with what we publish, but venue details, menus, prices, opening hours and programming change frequently and without notice to us. Treat everything here as a guide, and the venue's own information as authoritative. Menus reproduced in the app are supplied to us by the venues and may not be current.
Photography is used to convey the character of a venue. Some images are supplied by the venue, some are editorial, and a small number are illustrative. Rooms change; do not rely on an image as a representation of how a venue will look on your night.
The chat assistant is automated. It is helpful for choosing a room and starting a booking, but it can be wrong, and nothing it says confirms a booking, a price or a policy. Anything that matters is confirmed by a person at our desk.
You agree to give accurate details when requesting a booking, to be at least 18, and to comply with each venue's own conditions of entry — including age limits, dress code and identification requirements. Many Dubai venues operate a 21+ policy after certain hours and require an Emirates ID or passport.
You agree not to interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content. We may withdraw access if you do.
Signing in with Apple or Google is optional; the service is fully usable as a guest. If you sign in, keep your provider account secure — that is what identifies you to us.
We will take reasonable care in arranging your booking. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of a venue, including refusal of entry, a change to its programming, its standard of service, or its closure. Nor are we responsible for outages of third-party services the product depends on.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where UAE law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, and to the extent the law permits, our liability in connection with the service is limited to any fee or deposit you paid us for the booking in question.
The Rize Lists name, marks, design and original content belong to Rize Group FZ-LLE. Venue names, logos and menus belong to the venues and are used to identify and describe them.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.

The AED 195 platform service fee is separate from venue minimum spend and any venue deposit. It is non-refundable if you cancel; if we cannot secure the booking, it is refunded in full. We respond within the same day (Dubai time). For last-minute requests, contact your relationship manager on WhatsApp. A response is not a confirmation: the venue confirms availability and your requested table or an agreed alternative separately.
The venue sends its own confirmation email and may send a separate secure card authorisation or deposit form. Never send card numbers or security codes to our desk. Table maps and 360 views show preferences, not guaranteed placements. Venue cancellation and no-show charges are separate.
